Simple Network Printing simply put relieves our customers of the incredible disparity in cost between printing from digital copiers and extremely expensive laser or inkjet printers without trying to change the behavior of our customers' organization.

Today the cost of a print from a laser or inkjet printer is as much as 5 to 10 times higher than the cost of the printed output from a digital copier. For years copier companies have tried to convince their customers to send all of their printed documents to the less expensive digital copier.  The concept was sound but it lacked the convenience required by busy employees.

Eastern quickly understood that our customers’ and their employees' productivity and convenience were jeopardized by making them leave their work environments to retrieve a printed document. Our customers loved the low cost of printing our Digital Copiers. They loved our award winning service and could not match our guarantees anywhere. However the concept of making highly productive employees travel to collect their printed pages just did not make sense. Not to mention the security.

The revolution began in our own offices where we experienced the same pain as our customers. We also were captive to the incredibly high cost of cartridge based or ink jet printing. After 18 months of extensive research, we selected a printing technology for Eastern. It provided us with the same high quality printed output that we demanded with the cost savings we were looking for. Internally we created an environment where our printed output from printers was identical in cost to our printed output from our award winning digital copiers.

In 2006, after a year of implementation, we brought our proven concept to our current customer base.

The concept is simple. We will provide our customers with digital printers and copiers, color and black and white, with one low cost for supplies and service previously offered only on digital copiers.

No longer do our customers care, nor should our customers have to care, about whether to print a document to a digital copier or a digital printer. Our customers now control an area of their businesses, previously thought to be uncontrollable with flexibility that they never thought possible and with the one stop service for all of their equipment.

The final result of this revolutionary Simple Network Printing concept is we started to provide Printers and Copiers, at one low cost, THAT MAKE OUR CUSTOMERS MONEY.
